Ross began his legal career working in Internet law with Internet Business Services in Irvine, California. He subsequently entered private practice, concentrating on civil litigation and personal injury matters, where he developed a strong foundation in advocating for clients whose financial interests, rights, and futures were at stake.
He later entered public service as a prosecutor, ultimately advancing to a supervisory prosecutorial position. In that capacity, he prosecuted hundreds of cases, including serious criminal matters involving murder and sexual offenses. His prosecutorial career provided substantial courtroom and jury trial experience, sharpening his ability to evaluate evidence, develop effective litigation strategies, and present complex cases before judges and juries.
Following his prosecutorial career, Ross returned to private practice in 2008, bringing that extensive litigation experience to the representation of businesses, victims of serious injuries, individuals facing criminal charges, and families seeking estate planning guidance.
